Shipment and Delivery
We offer Free Shipment for all orders：
Orders from US
All orders will be shipped from our Zhongshan Warehouse.
Lead time:
For the stock items, the lead time will be 3-5 business days after confirmation/payment. Delay may occur for orders placed on weekends.
For customized orders, the lead time be 20-30 business days after confirmation/payment. Delay may occur for orders placed on weekends.
Delivery time:
Due to the package size requirements of the carrier, some items we have to transport by ocean shipping.
- Package Size less than 40”
The items will be shipped by DHL, Fedex, UPS. It will take 5-7 business days for delivery.
- Package Size more than 40”
Currently we only focus on the US market.
We will choose ocean shipping according to the situation, and the ocean shipping time is about 35-40 days. We will communicate with customers in advance. If the customer’s package is oversized, but want to get the product quickly, you can contact us (info@keyminglighting.com).
